Sound Bath Healing

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and immersive experience that uses the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to bring balance and harmony to your body and mind. As you rest comfortably, sound waves wash over you, guiding you into a meditative state and helping to release stress, tension, and energetic blockages.

Each session is designed to create a soothing environment where healing vibrations encourage renewal and inner peace. Sound Baths can be enjoyed individually or shared with a partner or small group.

**To prepare and honor the healing space, I may use aromatherapy, sage, palo santo, or smokeless smudge spray to cleanse between sessions. This helps create a calm, purified, and balanced environment for all clients.

***If you are sensitive to scents or smoke, please let me know at the beginning of your session or email me beforehand. While cleansing is necessary between sessions, I am happy to adjust and avoid using these tools during your personal session if requested.
