Hello, I am Julie.

My life is full, busy, and deeply rooted in love, creativity, and growth. I am a proud mom of 3 incredible kids, a loving partner, and the heart of a very lively home that includes 4 dogs and a cat. Life here is not quiet or perfect, but it is real, and that reality is what shapes everything I do.

For over 40 years, dance was a meaningful part of my life, with 30 of those years spent teaching. Dance shaped who I am, teaching me discipline, resilience, and how powerful it can be to express what words cannot. While I am no longer teaching, the lessons dance gave me still live in everything I do. Movement was one of my first teachers in learning how to release, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with myself through different seasons of life.

As life evolved, my focus shifted inward. My personal healing journey led me into energy work, meditation, and intentional self care, not from a place of having everything figured out, but from walking through experiences that required me to slow down, listen, and choose myself in deeper ways. That journey is what inspired The Essence of Spirituality.

I am a Certified Holy Fire Reiki Master and the creator of Solar Essence, my service based offerings that include Reiki sessions, sound baths, guided meditation, and chakra cleansing. These sessions are designed to support people during moments of stress, transition, emotional heaviness, or burnout. My approach is gentle, grounded, and focused on creating a safe space where you can rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

I am also the creator of Luna Essence, my intentional mist and product line. Luna Essence was created to support everyday life, the quiet moments, the hard days, and the times you simply need a pause. Each item is made with care, intention, and attention to quality, meant to be approachable and supportive, not overwhelming.

At The Essence of Spirituality, ethics matter just as much as intention. Every crystal, tool, and product is thoughtfully chosen with a strong commitment to ethical sourcing, fair trade practices, and sustainability. I work closely with suppliers who share these values, ensuring that each item supports responsible practices, fair wages, and respect for the earth and the people involved.
