Hello, I’m Julie.

Life is full, busy, and deeply rooted in love, creativity, and growth. I am a proud mom of three incredible children, a loving partner, and the heart of a lively home shared with four dogs and a cat. Life here isn’t quiet or perfect, but it is real, and that reality has shaped both my personal journey and the way I support others.

For more than 40 years, dance was a meaningful part of my life, with 30 of those years spent teaching. Dance taught me discipline, resilience, and the incredible power of expressing what words sometimes cannot. Although I no longer teach, those lessons remain at the heart of who I am. Movement was one of my first teachers, showing me how to release, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with myself through every season of life.

As life evolved, my focus shifted inward. My own healing journey led me to energy work, meditation, sound healing, and intentional self care, not because I had all the answers, but because life invited me to slow down, listen, and choose myself in deeper ways. That journey became the foundation of The Essence Of Spirituality.

Today, I am a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, and have a background in meditation and sound healing. My goal has never been to offer quick fixes. Instead, I strive to create a calm, supportive space where people can pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels genuine and approachable.

I created Solar Essence, my collection of service based offerings, to support people through life’s stressful, overwhelming, and transitional moments. Through Reiki, guided meditation, sound baths, chakra cleansing, and distant Reiki, my focus is on helping each person find space to rest, reset, and move forward feeling more grounded and supported.

I also created Luna Essence, my signature line of intentional mists and wellness products. Luna Essence was designed for everyday life, the quiet moments, the difficult days, and the times when you simply need a pause. Every product is thoughtfully chosen or created with care, quality, and intention to be both beautiful and practical for daily use.

At The Essence Of Spirituality, ethics are just as important as intention. Every crystal, tool, and product is carefully selected with a commitment to ethical sourcing, fair trade practices, and sustainability. I work with suppliers who share those values because I believe the care behind each product matters just as much as the product itself.
