The Essence Alignment Session is a signature 90 minute experience that combines Reiki, Sound Bath, Meditation, and Chakra Cleansing into one deeply restorative journey. **To prepare and honor the healing space, I may use aromatherapy, sage, palo santo, or smokeless smudge spray to cleanse between sessions. This helps create a calm, purified, and balanced environment for all clients.
***If you are sensitive to scents or smoke, please let me know at the beginning of your session or email me beforehand. While cleansing is necessary between sessions, I am happy to adjust and avoid using these tools during your personal session if requested.
****50% deposit is required to reserve all sessions, including Reiki and Solar Essence offerings. The balance is due at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours or for no-shows. To make changes, please contact The Essence of Spirituality directly.
